Workshop 2: Practice – Learn relationship practices that work best to engage with those on the margins of community

This interactive workshop will build on the learning for the two previous workshops as we form Christian community with those who may not feel that mainstream church culture is something they can easily fit into. 

The focus on this workshop will be to learn how to create a prophetic culture through: 

  • Understand how social theory links to finding a Person of Peace
  • Identifying strengths of people in your community by developing a strengths audit
  • Understand the prophetic underpinning for developing Crafted Prayers
  • Understand how to develop prophetic storytelling Birthday cards that develop a sense of human belonging
  • Understand how to us Strength posters that contribute to developing a strength based identity
